I did not sleep last night. Instead I attended a New Year's party following a church service in Greenfield. Instead of sleeping, I called Europe to wish some of my friends a happy New Year or "La Mulți Ani!" Mostly talked with Claudia, but I also talked to Catusha and a couple strangers while attempting to call the Bria's. I feel a little bad not to have called with Dan, but I figure that we can still call again any time. Catusha's English was very good, and I am embarrased at my slow progress with Romanian.
The picture above is what my "telephone" looks like when I call Moldova. Pretty slick I think, and the sound quality is generally good with some delays.
It's getting light again. Pray for me. This is the second time in one week that I have stayed up all night. Took a 2.5 hour nap before the party, so this won't be too bad, but you know... we'll see hehe.
Oh, thanks for letting me know that the comment button was not working ... I think it is now.... :)
Go with God
Oh, and today I got slapped in the face.
