It is with some difficulty and even angst that I post via this computer because I already started one on my computer.... maybe it's for the best.
What do you think of this quote? "Confidence contributes more to conversation than wit." I like it, and in the entry that I was working on, I was picking it apart trying to define "confidence."

I swam today and weighed myself before and after.
Before: 175 lbs
After: 172 lbs.
(I should acknowledge that I also used the "lieu" in-between weigh-ins.)

I just bought a new camera: a used 5d.
No lenses or anything, but still a pretty good deal if it works well.

I broke my last camera in Moldova because the room we slept in got very humid at night... live and learn. (This new one is sooo much better!)
