Old Car

I am back to reading the Bible through in a year (give or take). Last time I did it, I read the American Standard.... and I guess that's the version I'm going with again. I say "back to" somewhat cynically because I can't honestly tell you how many times I have read the first half of Genesis, and then copped out. Granted I made it through about a year ago, so I am hopeful, but it's kinda a tough task. Updates will follow... Tomorrow I read Genesis 5,6,7 and 8.

I lost my glasses.

I don't know where, but I know that it was mid-December. Have you seen them?I do lose track of my stuff sometimes.. this is mainly due to my currently somewhat vagrant lifestyle.

This picture is from December 6... and i think I had them for about a week following.... I've been wracking my brain.... (is it racking or wracking?) trying to remember where I took the glasses off.

If anyone is familiar with hypnosis for memory recovery, maybe we should talk.
Maybe I'll dream about it tonight.


I went swimming at the YMCA this morning. The lifeguard said there was no boom box because of the humidity.
Bummer for her.
I don't really mind personally, but when I take my earplugs out, I'm sort of surprised by the silence of place and I wonder how much noise I was making kicking through the water... sort of like when people don't realize they are singing when they have headphones.

I thought Ravi Zacharias's name was "Robbie."
